Terms & Conditions — b22 bet Platform Agreement

1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and b22 bet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the b22 bet online gaming platform available at b22-bet.com, including all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or accessing any game or betting market on b22 bet, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party;
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited into your b22 bet account.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which b22 bet operates. Where any provision of this Agreement conflicts with applicable law, that provision shall be construed as narrowly as possible to give effect to the parties' original intent, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

b22 bet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior individual notice. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Age Restriction and Eligibility

The b22 bet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering an account, making any deposit, or participating in any game, sport, or betting activity on b22 bet under any circumstances.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. b22 bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, b22 bet reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold withdrawal processing pending resolution.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity);
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of b22 bet or any of its affiliated companies or service providers;
• You must not be acting under any self-exclusion order, court order, or other legal restriction that prohibits your participation in gambling activities;
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of b22 bet services, including depositing funds, placing bets, and processing withdrawals, you must register a personal account via the b22 bet Login and registration page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a unique email address.

You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration. b22 bet reserves the right to close any account at any time if it determines that the registration information provided was inaccurate or fraudulent, and to forfeit any balance associated with that account.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on b22 bet. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, b22 bet will suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and may permanently withhold balances in those accounts pending an investigation. Players found to have created multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers will be permanently banned from the Platform.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

b22 bet is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all player accounts in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and anti-money-laundering best practices. KYC verification may be requested at any time, but is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request. Required documentation typically includes:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or other official document showing your residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the last three months;
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for deposits.

b22 bet may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

4.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your b22 bet account must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Deposits are typically credited instantly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions. b22 bet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the originating deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. b22 bet aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.

b22 bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where KYC verification is pending, or where the account has been flagged by internal risk monitoring systems. Players who have received bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of associated funds can be processed.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on b22 bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). b22 bet does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any funds received in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt; any resulting conversion costs are the responsibility of the player.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

b22 bet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any illegal activity. All accounts and transactions are subject to ongoing monitoring. b22 bet reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close any account and withhold associated funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. b22 bet may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

b22 bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered on qualifying games or betting markets before a withdrawal can be requested. Bets placed on certain games — including but not limited to low-margin live casino titles and certain sports markets — may not contribute toward satisfying wagering requirements. 5.3 Bonus Restrictions

All Bonuses are subject to the following general restrictions unless explicitly overridden by specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements;
• Only one Bonus may be active at a time per account, unless a specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise;
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period;
• b22 bet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Bonus at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or automated betting strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the b22 bet Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to abide by the following obligations at all times:

• You will provide accurate and truthful information at all times during registration and account maintenance;
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or the financing of illegal activity;
• You will not access or attempt to access another player's account without authorisation;
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the Platform in a manner not explicitly permitted by b22 bet;
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the technical operation of the Platform;
• You will not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of b22 bet;
• You will not use the Platform in any way that could damage the reputation, intellectual property, or business interests of b22 bet.

b22 bet reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities, where warranted.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your b22 bet account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team or by emailing support at b22-bet.com. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, b22 bet will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by b22 bet

b22 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Creation of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy;
• Abuse of promotional offers or wagering requirement circumvention;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed by b22 bet for cause, the Company reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause, any verified balance will be returned promptly to the player's registered payment method.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to voluntarily exclude themselves from the b22 bet Platform for a defined or indefinite period may activate self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods available are 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or indefinite. During any active self-exclusion period, account access is suspended, all marketing communications are ceased, and re-activation is subject to a mandatory review process. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b22 bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

b22 bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform. While b22 bet takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and security, temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our control may occur. b22 bet is not liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

b22 bet is not responsible for any telecommunications or internet service failures that prevent a player from accessing the Platform or that result in the loss of a connection during an active game session or live bet. It is the player's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection before commencing any gaming or betting activity.

Nothing in this Agreement limits b22 bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, nor for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
